| March - May, 2009 | Mooting Competition Announcement among students of Higher Education Institutions (HEI) of Armenia. | | September 15, 2009 | Coordination meeting with the HEI representatives. | | September, 2009 | Distribution of Official package of Basic Materials to the HEI students. | | 30 September, 2009 | Deadline for team registration. | | 16 October, 2009 | Coordination Meeting with registered Teams and Distribution of first package of Basic Materials on the Official Problem of the Competition. | | 30 October, 2009 | Deadline for submission of Written Requests for Clarification of the Competition Official Problem and Official Rules by registered Teams. | | 5 November, 2009 | Training on law materials writing skills for the registered teams. | | 23 November, 2009 | Provision of all Specifications in regards to Requests for Clarifications to registered Teams. | | 14 December, 2009 | Deadline for submission of hard copies and electronic versions (on CDs) of the Memorials. | | 21 December, 2009 -03 February, 2010 | Evaluation of Memorials by judges. | | 08 February, 2010 | Seminar on Oral Advocacy skills in the Court. | | 08 February, 2010 | Random Draw for Team Division into subgroups and Pairing before the Oral Round of the Competition. | | 08 February, 2010 | Coordination meeting with registered Teams on Oral Round of the Competition. | | 17-18 February, 2010 | Oral Round of the Mooting Competition. | | 19 February, 2010 | Final Round of the Mooting competition | | 19 February, 2010 | Bestowing of the Honorable Mention Awards and Participation Certificates. |
